St John Fisher: Our Vision

We hope to provide you with links to useful websites if you need advice, help or support.  Mrs Leiws is our school Child Protection Officer and Mrs Fillingham is the Deputy Child Protection Officer.  They are always available to speak to if you have concerns about a child\’s welfare or your own.

Knowsley Information Service

The Knowsley Information Service has a wealth of information and advice about areas from Transport ,Play and Leisure through to Health and Wellbeing and finding a doctor or dentist. You may be able to find the answers you are looking for about your local area.

You may have concerns about your housing situation.  Shelter helps millions of people every year struggling with bad housing or homelessness through our advice, support and legal services.

NSPCC

The NSPCC has information to explain what child sexual exploitation is and what to do if you are concerned about a child.

PANTS and joining Pantosaurus

Help your child understand how to keep themselves safe from abuse by talking \’PANTS and joining Pantosaurus\’ on the NSPCC site.

Operation Encompass

Operation Encompass was created so that by 9.00am on the next school day, a ‘Key Adult” will be informed that the child or young person has been involved in or witnessed a domestic incident. This knowledge, given to schools through Operation Encompass, allows the provision of immediate early intervention through ‘overt\’ or \’silent support’, depending upon the needs and wishes of the child.
