Yr 4 Personal Online Safety Focus Day
Our whole school had an Online Safety focus of Personal Safety – this was to support the children during the Christmas holidays when they may get new technology or have more free time to spend on technology.

Year 4 looked at scenarios in their PSHE lesson
LO: To understand what positively and negatively affects their physical, mental and emotional health (H1).
Year 1 Imagine That
Objectives covered:
- asking simple questions and recognising that they can be answered in different ways
- observing closely, using simple equipment
- performing simple tests
- identifying and classifying
- using their observations and ideas to suggest answers to questions
- gathering and recording data to help in answering question
Year 5 – World Museum Visit Space and Self Led Visit
During the visit the children complete work relating to these objectives:
- To explain the movement of the Earth and other planets relative to the sun in the solar system.
- To explain the movement of the moon relative to the Earth.
- To explain the Sun, Earth and Moon as approximately spherical bodies.
- Use the idea of the Earth’s rotation to explain day and night and the apparent movement of the sun across the sky.
